Question : Used an epilator on upper lips this tuesday. I have used it many a times before on the same area. But this time i got some infection (I am not sure) in this area. I have got red patches with flaky skin. Nobody else share my epilator, but last time i forgot cleaning it and stored it, and then used it without cleaning it. Please suggest what to do. I need some fast remedy as I have an important event this Saturday.

Topical steroid cream
Detailed Answer:
Hi. I have reviewed the image.
You may use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream Or mometasone furoate 0.1% cream, twice daily for 3-5 days.
I think this should make it fine.
