Brief Answer:
uveitis is a possibility

Detailed Answer:
At that time, detail examination of eye was required. It could have caused corneal abrasion, injury to iris, lens, vitreous hemorrhage, or some impact on retina. The treatment required is different for different injury. Now that 12 months have passed, and you are having problem.

From history it appears you are having uveitis. Any way you need compete eye examination. Involvement of part is to be diagnosed. During present examination, your past record is to be examined. You have not specified the symptoms of relapse. Your visual status is essential. Now effect on cornea to retina is to be isolated. Due to chronicity, it appears to be uveitis. After diagnosis specific treatment is to be prescribed.
