Question: Hi, ive been having intermittant pins and needles in my left arm for the last week. today it has become permanent with numbness at my fingertips. I have been very busy at work but these last few days, I have been feeling especially fatigued. I am 43, I smoke and drink moderately.

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Tingling, pins and needle sensation and numbness may be due to neuropathy.
In Upper limbs it can be due to nerve involvement or root involvement at neck.
Is there any neck pain?
What is the involvement area in hand?
You should get examined by a neurologist and undergo a nerve conduction study.
Pregabalin with methylcobalamin can be started but definite treatment require diagnosis first.
