Question : I have a sore on my labia and I'm not sure if it's from an irritation like shaving or moisture from my period ending a few days ago or if this something I should be really concerned about

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely boil due to bacterial infection or bartholinitis. If you send a picture then it will be more helpful in identifying.

For such condition you can do hot fomentation and apply betadine ointment.

If you had any risky unprotected sex recently then STDs should be ruled out. Is the sore painful or painless?
