Question : Dr XXXXXXX ...as mentioned in the followups can you please let me know any medicines as she is experiencing irritation in the place from where she passes the urine...she had this 6 months before aswell at that time we went to an clinic and with some medicines it was cured....can you please prescribe some medicines where she gets rid of this...awaiting you advise urgently thank you soo much for all your advise...thanks

Doctor thank you for the same....just concerned is this because of the abortion medicines she had? Again what is urine culture and sensitive? Is this some test....do we have to reveal the consumption of pills to the doctor who performs this or we can just say this itching and get this test done....sorry for distrubing you on a sunday....thanks
Doctor T bact is not available in UAE....what they said is alternative Bactroban or Fusibact....can she apply this?can you please reply this doctor....thanks you

Yes, she can use fusibact or bactroban that are same.
It can be due to abortion pills,due to stress or due to infection.
Urine culture and sensitivity is a urine test to diagnosed urine infection and you can give urine sample for this.

Diflucan is fluconazole( a antifungal drug).

Yes, you can go walk into in any pathology but you have to collect a bottle and give them morning urine sample ( first morning mid urine stream sample), no there is no need to tell them about abortion pills and it is not reveal in test also.
Diflucan is fluconazole( antifungal) drug not similar to t- bact.

Thanks a ton doctor...i will get the oilment fusibact or bactroban..can she have this Diflucan..is it necessary....as she has bit of bleeding(couple of spots some times) will that oilement work or any tablets(diflucan ) she has to have...thank you..

doctor now she is experiencing bleeding, what she said is its bleeding like 1st 2 days of normal bleeding and similar pain aswell a bit of tiredness...yesterday evening she was alright doctor...all this started from today evening..

Doctor is this normal..she had a glass of glucose water...

Advise please...itching has stopped having that tablet..

thanks doctor...bleeding is not increased but a little more than the normal periods...but she is experiencing this continuasly from yesterday evening...

How do i give her hot water fomentation(hot bag has to be kept in her stomatch)??

Any other medicines should she take? i have asked her to drink carrot/orange /pomogranate juice...

Doctor...now few small clots came out....is this normal...bleeding is still there...but she said she can manage this bleeding which is a bit more than her normal periods...

Doctor she has come home and resting...she had apple juice...and a roti and paneer baji...she also had a Iron tablet called HAEM PLUS...AND ALSO PROTINE TAB CENTRUM...evening she will have iron tab Haem plus....any idea when her bleeding will stop..normally how many days it takes?

Doctor how will she knew if the product have come or not? she was only 5 weeks pregnant when she had abortion pills...again now clots has reduced...any she is having pain in her stomatch...she is having food and have asked her to take one anaspas...why sudden stomatch pain...also let me know how she will know about the product commng out...

Good morning doctor...yesterday she had a unbareable pain in stomatch..as i informed she had anaspas and pain got reduced...today morning she was feeling more weakness in legs and hands...she had her breakfast and now weakness is gone...but pain in back...now again clots(grapes size) is coming out....do you want me to take her to doctor or is this normal and with good diet she will be ok? advice please...

Doctor....good eveining..sorry for the late reply...was in clinic as she had a severe pain in stomatch which she couldnt bare...took a risk and went to doctor...they gave her two pain killer...pain came down and than they asked to do a ultra sound...fortunately nothing related to pregancy was found...(my question is if its clear in ultra sound hope everything is ok by now) or is there any other ultra sound speacially for pregancy test?

Again doctor(MBBS MD General surgon) said nothing to worry there was a small swelling in cyst(i dont know what that is) and prescribed two tablets and asked her to drink lots of water.

1 Antibiotics-cipromax 500
2.Pain killer Mobic 7.5

Can she have this as we didnt reveal that she had abortion couple of days back.
Do we have to go for ultrasound again?

She is having less bleeding comparable to yesterday and day before, at time small grapes shape clots came out in afternoon...

She had her last dose of mesoprostol on friday(29th May 2015) evening 11 pm.

Doctor i am in a mess situation can you please advice.

If ulltrasound is already showing no products of conception than there is no need of another ultrasound.
You can follow your doctor advice because it is helpful in treating infection.
Do not worry about it because abortion is already completed.
The pain is not related to abortion it is due to ovarian cyst, which is not related to abortion.

Doctor...she was alright till now from yesterday afternoon with couple of blood drops in form of bleeding...some time before she experienced heavy flow with 5 to 6 clots(she said a slight bigger than lemon size) and her back is paining...can you please advice on the same...thank you verymuch

i am sorry bigger than grape size..simillar to small lemon...
