I had a pimple on my penis that irritating me whenever i saw that ...............

I have seen the attached pictures .
The resolution of the pictures is not that great ,the lesions appear either like a wart or lichen planus .
If you can click some good resolution close up pictures of the affected area ,I will be able to help you better .
Also please tell what all are you applying over it .
Is there any associated pain or itching or discomfort?

I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed a genital wart.
You should see a nearby dermatologist soon and get it removed or cauterised .
Not taking treatment might lead to increase in its size and number .
