Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
According to the images uploaded , its either contact dermatitis, allergic response to insect bite or any other trigger. Apply calamine lotion , topically to have relief from any local irritation, burning or itching. Anti histamines like Benadryl or hydroxyzine can be taken to counter the allergic response. Anti histamines are mostly available OTC and can be obtained. Wash the leg , foot and clean the area dry too remove any source or trigger for the allergic response. Most likely, the rash will subside with these measures. Cellulitis is another possibility in this case, especially if the response to the above medication is not seen. Cellulitis presents with localized swelling, warmth, redness, pain and tenderness. Antibiotics can be prescribed for cellulitis/erysipelas in outpatient if there are no systemic signs of infection/toxicity.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks
