I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having itching of eyes associated with irritation, light sensitivity, blurring of vision, strain of eyes....
All these symptoms are usually seen in allergic conjunctivitis or in dry eye.

The treatment of this condition is by the use of antiallergic drugs and artificial tears.

I would like to use antiallergic eye drops like olopatadine and artificial tears like Refresh tears eye drops.
Along with this I suggest you to go for eye examination for vision testing to rule out refractive error and to confirm the diagnosis of allergic conjunctivitis / dry eye and prescription of drugs accordingly.
