Question : Hello sir,

I am having itching between legs( near penis. Not on penis). It is on both sides. If I rub on the area, skin is coming out like dust and the area becomes wet. Please suggest tablets/ cream in XXXXXXX

More details:
The skin in that area becomes reddish after itching. Skin has become rough and had cuts. The itching was there from minimum 12 months. Didn't consulted doctor because of the shy factor. Around 6 months backused itch guard(two tubes). It seems partially decreased, but no use.

I'm married. Didn't had any sexual contacts other than my wife.

Possible Fungal infection

Hi Sir.

I understand your concern.

As per your symptoms mentioned you possibly seem to have fungal infection.

This most likely referred to as Tinea Cruris.

For this I recommend Tab Terbinafine 250 mg PO once a day for 2 weeks.

Additionally Cotrimazole ointment can be used twice a day in the affected area.

This drug regimen is pretty excellent in offering you the cure.

Please note this drug has to be taken only under strict medical supervision.
