Question : Sir, I have been diagnosed with Tuberculosis and I have been prescribed these medecines: 1. Combutol 1000 2. Pyzina 750 3. Benadon 4. R-Cinex 600 5. Rabacip-20 I have been taking these medecines for the past four days but day before I developed itching and rashes all over the body and have been feeling really fatigue. Is it safe to take these medecines? Please advise.

Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
You seem to be developing allergy to the anti tuberculosis drugs .
It is very important that you see your treating doctor soon .
Although skin rashes due to tuberculosis drugs are very common but many times it becomes essential to even stop the drugs for sometime .
So it is important that you see your doctor who can examine the type of skin rash and then decide regarding the need for anti allergy drugs or even a pause in your tuberculosis treatment .
