Question : Hi on my nose on skin i have a tender spot that is bit itchy and discoloured is this something i should check on the tip of nose

I have gone through your details and feel that for better results I should receive some additional information.

In the meantime, one should:

1 wash the area frequently using just plain water

2 Use an antibiotic cream like Mupirocin

3 Anti allergic in the form of tablet levocetirizine 5 mg a day or comparable compound.

Please furnish the following details

1 number of lesions and specific location

2 any pus or oozing

3 duration

4 any injury or insect bite

5 any fever

6 history of diabetes in self or family

7 Medication used so far

8. Good quality picture of the lesion
