Question : Having pain at the joint of hand and little finger in the right hand. Compressed between body and steering wheel of the car.

I have gone through your query. X ray of hand should be taken to rule out any fracture. Compression or damage to ulnar nerve can give such pain distribution.

You can do ice pack application. Use elastic bandage for immobilization. Taking over the counter NSAID like Ibuprofen will be helpful also.
