I am so sorry to hear about this pain that you have reported. To provide helpful information, I will like to understand more about this pain. Please, tell me how long this has been happening and whether it is visibly swollen or not. Also, upload an image for review.

If this just happened recently, in addition to rest i will recommend taking Tylenol and Ibuprofen for pain control. If it has been going on for long, then we will certainly need some examinations to rule out arthritis and other joint related diseases.
