Question : I am taking keflex 500mg for an UTI and feel joint pain . Should I discontinue use?

Hello,
Joint pains is a possible side effect of keflex so if the pains are severe you may need to stop it. If it is mild you could continue.
If you need to stop it call your doctor to get another antibiotic to treat the infection.
