Question : my pennis is not standing properly and no proper erection after i seeing my wife.....what is the reason.......but when tinking sum other girls i do masterbation n sperm is coming

If you can masturbate and enjoy there is no physical problem in erection. Problem is particularly with wife. After few months of married life just only seeing a wife is not sufficient for arousal.
