Question: Hi, I have a problem from last 6 months, whenever i consume milk I got loose motion for 1-2 times within 2-4 hrs after consuming the milk, and this occur when I consume skimmed milk (low fat). What can be the issue?

Thanks for the reply, but can you suggest me any "Milk probiotic" available in Inidan market, and can I try some latose enzymes? Is it safe ?
