Brief Answer:
Please visit a pediatrician
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for posting on Healthcaremagic. I have gone through the details. There is definite cause to get concerned. Please visit a pediatrician who can examine and also run a few tests to evaluate for any pathology in liver, gall bladder or pancreas which may be related to these symptoms. In the meantime give ORS to replenish the salts and water lost through vomiting.

Brief Answer:
Infective viral hepatitis has to be ruled out
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
There is a possibility of infective viral hepatitis which I have in mind. It can manifest with clay coloured stools and gets transmitted through faeco oral route. Hence I suggested you to visit a pediatrician. Yearly deworming with albendazole is suggested in children of such an age, but that is probably unrelated.
