Brief Answer:
Most probably you may be suffering from the meniere's Disease

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query; it suggests that most probably you may be suffering from the meniere's disease if you have sensorineural hearing loss.

To rule out other disease and to reach the near diagnosis you need to go for
1. Otoscopy and Tunning fork test.
2. Pure tone audiometry.
3. Impedance audiometry and
4. Vestibular battery test if needed.

Discuss about these tests with your treating doctor.
