Consultation
Detailed Answer:
Thank you very much for your premium question.
Many people these days are being diagnosed with ADHD later in life. The symptoms your describe are consistent with ADHD, and yes absolutely medication can be helpful. Stimulants such as Concerta and Ritalin are the gold standard treatment for this condition. Unfortunately we cannot prescribe medication on this website, but you should seek counsel from a psychiatrist in your area to consider medication.
I would be happy to speak with you in more complete detail, and discuss your symptoms and tailor a medication regimen to treat your needs individually and completely. I had previously been diagnosed with fibromyalgia but this neurologist does not think I have that either. I have had about every test it seems. I was also under a lot of stress at work. I went from working out twice a day to not even barely walking for a few weeks. I am slowly regaining my strength but I still have some cognitive issues. These affect my job. I did take one of my son's adderall. I know that sounds horrible but he was given extra in case we decided to increase it to two. I was so productive at work as well as home the day I took it.
It has been so hard to be in my office because I cannot seem to stay on task and I have been forgetting things. I did make an appointment with a psychiatrist. I also took two online adult ADHD tests and they said I did have this. Could stress cause everything I was having?

Detailed Answer:
It is entirely possible the symptoms you describe could be related to anxiety stemming from stress. This could even represent depression. Furthermore, your positive response to Adderall raises the real possibility this could be complicated by ADHD. I would certainly recommend your take your neurologist seriously -- neurological issues such as vertigo, low blood pressure, and vision problems related to the eye need to be ruled out before a psychiatric diagnosis can be established. But I have seen many patients with your symptoms who have them caused by stress.
