Brief Answer:
PTA review, Retrocochlear hearing tests, MRI with contrast. Neuro ref.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. I would like to review any PTA (Pure Tone Audiograms) that document the progress of your hearing loss over the years.

2. If these tests show a Sensori-neural Hearing Loss (SNHL), get retrocochlear hearing test such as SISI (Short Increment Sensitivity Index)and TD (Tone Decay), BERA (Brainstem Evoked Response Audiometry).

3. Imaging such as an MRI Temporal Bones with contrast should be done.

4. is your dizziness spinning (vertigo) or only imbalance? Has a Neurologist ruled out migraine associated dizziness?

5. Kindly follow up with the above details and test results.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
