Brief Answer:
You shouldn't be concerned.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query very carefully and would like to say that you shouldn't worry about.

Your BP and heart rate have been within the normal limits for the last couple of weeks.

As long as your systolic BP ( the first value) is above 90 mmHg and your HR is between 60-100 bpm you shouldn't be concerned.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
Dr. Shehu
