Question: My blood sodium is low what can I co to rise it. I know i drink to much water. What is a good food sourse of sodium. what can i drink instead of so much water to get more sodium last blood sodium was 27%

Common salt contains sodium chloride and is a good source of sodium and can be taken for meeting it's requirement. However, taking ORS (Oral rehydration solution) is a better idea since it contains sodium in right amount.
