Brief Answer:
No ! The report does not show any features of a malignancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX! Good afternoon. I am Dr Shareef, a general surgeon answering your query.

No dear ! The report does not in any way points to cancer. Colitis means inflammation of the colon which could be either due to any parasites, worms or bacteria. The inflammation could also be due to a non specific inflammation as has been mentioned. Other possible causes of inflammation are inflammatory bowel diseases like Ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease, of which there was no mention in the biopsy report.

If I were your doctor, I would advise you with the following:

1) A routine stool test for ova and cyst and treat them if positive.
2) Avoid food from outside specially oily, fried and fast food, as infections could also creep into your intestines through the unhygienically cooked food, which is not infrequent.
3) Add more of roughage and enough of liquids in your diet.
4) With reference to the hyper vascular area on the right side of uterine adnexa, I would also advise you for a serial serum B-HCG monitoring to definitely rule out a right ectopic pregnancy responsible for the pain even though the present report came out to be normal.
5) Many a times amebic collitis could give rise to such discomfort, but the stool test could come out to be negative. In such cases with the consent of the patient, a course of anti amebic does wonders many a times.

I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.

Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. I wish you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
