Brief Answer:
Due to the effect of ipill

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic. I would like to know the date of your last periods and your usual cycle length.
This bleeding you had was your period only most likely but less in amount because of the effect of ipill.
Waiting for your response.

Brief Answer:
Period only

Detailed Answer:
Yes dear, good to tell you that it was your period only and the decreased flow is because of effect of ipill.
So nothing to worry but avoid this in future as ipill can lead to deranged periods for some cycles and also increases the incidence of ectopic pregnancy.

why am I getting lower back pain?

Answered by Dr. Manisha Jain (2 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Due to inadequate shedding of endometrium

Detailed Answer:
Most of the times it is due to inadequate shedding of endometrium during periods and thus uterus trues to expel the leftover tissue.
It will be fine soon but in case gets bothersome take meftalspas tablet as and when required.

just one last thing is there a difference between period and spotting in pregnancy how do I tell the difference
doctor
Answered by Dr. Manisha Jain (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
Urine pregnancy test is confirmatory

Detailed Answer:
Spotting in pregnancy and period can only be differentiated by urine pregnancy test or ultrasound examination.
But in general spotting in pregnancy is off and on only and not continuous as in periods and pregnancy related spotting decreases with rest which is not the case with periods.
Just do one thing, do a urine pregnancy test after 2 days and in case negative then nothing else needs to be at all.
This will release all your anxiety and rule out the meagre chance of ipill failure.
All the best.
