Question : I have lower right quadrant pain(stings) and continual diarrhea. The past two weeks I have had sulphur burps and explosive black sulphur diarrhea. I feel weakened and chilled. The house is odiferous and it doesn't seem to matter what I eat. I am on pantoloc 1 per day, does not help. I have diabetes 2 x 10 years, non-insulin. I have no gall bladder or appendix. My stomach is bloated and sore to touch. There has been vomiting once a month "sudden" and a feeling of fullness. Diarrhea frequently has been over a year with lower right quad pain

Brief Answer:
Colonoscopy highly recommended...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

As you are having problems with explosive black sulphur diarrhea, if I was your caring doctor would schedule colonoscopy for further evaluations.

For the moment, I highly advise to:
- avoid foods that are rich in strong spicy, and gas-forming like potatoes, garlic, etc.
- take probiotics to normalize intestinal flora
- avoid eating too fast
- eat often and small portions.
- take simethicone for bloating

All the best!
