Question : Hello, I've noticed some lumps that are red in color on the back of my throat. I did a blood test with lymph being around 4000 and I wonder if this is an infection, it does hurt only a little when I swallow. I had hoarse raspy voice for many years but these lumps are new. I also had cunnilingus with a girl one time and wonder if this is std or something else. please view the photos attached.

I have gone through your query; it suggests that most probably you may be suffering from the granular pharyngitis i.e. the infection.

In this condition I personally advised to you that you may go for throat swab culture and antibiotic sensitivity and the treatment according to the test result.

Avoid cold drinks, cold water and ice creams if you have.
