Thank You

It has grown in size.
It does not hurt him when i press down on it.
The overlying skin is reddish and today has a different texture. Almost bumpy in appearance .
No family history that i know of. And he has had no fever
Most probably a lipoma
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for getting back with the answers. He could be having a lipoma. It's a benign tumor of subcutaneous fat that although causes no harm until or unless increase in size and cause pressure effects. It can be confirmed by biopsy of the specimen. Only treatment for lipoma is surgical excision. I would suggest you to visit a general surgeon for examination and further workup.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
