Avoid dairy products, beans, cabbage, rice

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM). I have gone through all the reports uploaded here.
I will like to suggest that:
1. Instead of librax take tablet normxin which also have dicyclomine in addition to clidinium and chlordiazepoxide. And also add tablet menoctyl. Both these medications I found very useful in my patients if abdominal discomfort is not simply relieved with librax only
2. Also add tablet rifaximin which is very useful in abdominal fullness
3. Continuw with providac, Rekool-l and medication for BP, cholesterol and eadache
4. Avoid dairy products, beans, cabbage, rice
5. Take one tablet of albendazole stat
6. Do regular exercise
7. Don't lie after taking meals for at least 2 hrs and don't drink water along with food
8. Also take capsule simethicone which helps in decreasing the production of gas. This also I found very useful in my patients with bloating symptoms
I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. If you have any further query I will be happy to answer that too. Remain in touch and get-well soon.
