Question : This is a brown circle on the sole of foot, I've had it for about ten years and I think at has increased in size a little, it does not pop out hurt itch blister or bleed feels like normal skin

This brown circle is nothing more than a mole.
Any mole which changes size, shape, color, starts itching or hurting should be removed and tested. Moreover any mole in your location is also a good candidate for removal.
It should be removed because it increases the risk of melanoma malignum.

I suggest you to consult dermatologist or general surgeon and have it removed and tested.
