Question: My husband and I were on vacation and we got mosquito bites A week later we are still getting bites that are appearing and not sure what is causing this. The bites tend to follow a line and where it is warm on our bodies like a waistband or the side of my face I laid on a pillow. What do you think this is from? Feel like we almost get bites during the day while we are working.

Brief Answer:
Supportive and preventive measures only. No worries

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Mosquito bite can be irritating some times. If you are in malarial endemic area i would recommend prophylactic antimalarial therapy. Other wise wait and see and use some mosquito repellant and nets. Wear full body clothes and use repellants on your hands and toes.

If the bite marks are prominent and you feel like this could be due to some other insect bite then getting it examined and assessed would be wise too. Taking benadryl is alright if it itches.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
