Question : I have had diarrhea for the past week, with nausea, and a headache the last two days. Plus, today I woke up with dizziness? I do get migraines but I think this is separate from that. Would t his be an inner ear infection or something else?

I think it would be better to get admitted and initiate iv fluids and antibiotics.
