Brief Answer:
I would advice investigation like CT Scan nose with sinuses .

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mrs XXXXXXX
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , seen your reports , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having sinusitis with post nasal drip (PND).

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice
investigation like CT Scan nose with sinuses .
Till then for relief Use
Saline nasal rinse or spray thrice daily like solspre nasal spray ,
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination like Tab Montek Lc at night ,
Tab combiflam twice daily for Pain , headache with fever &
Tab Rantac twice daily .

Continue clarinova & momeflo nasal spray twice daily. Stop Nasivion nasal spray they are habit forming & rebound nose congestion is common .

Gargle with water 20 mins after nasal spray use to remove any spray coming to throat .

You will get relief .

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards.

Thanks Doctor for response.
Following follow-up questions :
1) Can you please let me know why I am having continuous fever (it was not there until medicine is there).
2) I am getting sever teeth pain (only single teeth) lower jaw. I went to dentist also he did x-ray and nothing is there. This is is also because of nerves ?

in general ho much time it take to get release at least from pain and fever ?

I'll change some sprays as you mentioned and follow some instructions.

Early and quick repose will be really helpful.

thanks

Kindly re upload the report to give opinion .

Most probably you are getting neuralgia (condition that causes repeated severe pains ) . For which you will need to continue tegrital till pain subsides .

Hope this information helpful to you .
