Brief Answer:
Methylcobalamin supplements will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The tingling and numbness of the foot is suggestive of a nerve root irritation or compression at the level of lumbar spine. In addition to the pain killers you need a good muscle relaxant and methylcobalamin supplements.
Do get an MRI scan of your back done to assess any disc bulge or a nerve rot compression after consulting an orthopedician.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
