Brief Answer:
More information is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello! My name is Olsi Taka, I am a medical doctor specialized in neurology and I would like to address your concern.

In order to be able to do so I am afraid some more info is necessary. Some information is needed such as:

-Which fingers are involved (hand or foot, one side or both sides, all fingers on a limb or only some of them, if only some which ones).
-time of onset and evolution of symptoms, are they the same, progressing for worse, better
-are they present all the time or episodic
-are the symptoms more marked during certain activities, during the night or the day, are there any movements/positions which exacerbate or relieve them
-any pain, numbness or any other abnormal sensation elsewhere in the palm or back of hand, forearm, arm, neck, back etc
-any other conditions you suffer from (diabetes, alcohol consumption, reumatologic conditions etc) or medication you take for other purposes.

Once you provide some of that info, I will be better equipped to try to help you. I remain at your disposal in the meantime.
