Question : I am a 63 year old female and am experiencing numbness at the tips of my fingers on the left hand. Am a little worried cause I don't have insurance and can't go to a doctor just now.

Hi and welcome to HCM.
These are symptoms of compressive neuropathies which is seen in carpal tunnel syndrome or cubital canal syndrome. YOu need to rest with your fingers, avoid using mouse and keyboard,apply warm compresses on carpal bones. also take vitamin d, b12 and magnesium supplements. If symptoms persist you should see neurologist. Wish you good health. Regards
