Suggest Remedy For Pain After Root Canal Treatment

Complete the antibiotic course
Detailed Answer:
Hello first of all thank you for approaching Healthcaremagic.Read through your query and went through your radiograph, accordingly I must say that there is infection beneath the root tip and also between the roots(bifurcation). But nothing to worry in that you have to first finish the antibiotic and analgesic course and it will reduce. If after the course pain still present you can meet the dentist and go for a re rootcanaltreatment depending on the clinical condition then.Meantime you have to do saltwater gargle as many times as possible and try not to bite with that side.Be cool and stay calm.Cool mind can resolve any pain in life.Hope you are benefitted from my reply. If you still have queries please be free to ask,I am waiting to serve you.Have a healthy day!

extraction based on the extent of infection!
Detailed Answer:
Hello, thank you for your query.According to me extraction is the last resort.Saving the tooth is utmost importance. As I said before you have to do wait for the course of antibiotic to be completed. Then the infection between the root and beneath the root may subside. If the infection does not suside you can go for a re rootcanaltreatment or can go for extraction(based on the extent of infection).According to textbooks the infection of furcation if not subsided has to be extracted but many cases have proved to subside infection after rootcanaltreatment. So in my view wait for the completion of antibiotic course.Do saltwater gargle as many times as possible. And above all be positive.Cool mind and positive attitude can always heal the diseases.Hope you are benefitted by my reply. In case of more queries please do reply.I am always happy to help you.Have a healthy day!!!
