Brief Answer:
This can be ecchymosis of eye lid.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.
I reviewed your history.
These symptoms indicate bleeding into the eyelids called as ecchymosis of eyelid.
This commonly occurs following injury but can also occur spontaneously in people with hypertension, diabetes, or on drugs like aspirin.
Since you are known hypertensive and on treatment this can be the cause.
No treatment is required for this condition and it resolves slowly over 1-2 weeks.
Applying cold compression will be of help.

If possible do send me a photo of the affected eye so that I can confirm the diagnosis and advice you accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful to you.

Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards
