Brief Answer:
Post injection flare

Detailed Answer:
Good evening

Thank you for writing on health care magic

Well, you probably have arthritis flare after the injection. It is a common problem as after the injection, the old crystals( like Pseudogout) in the joints get released which causes acute pain and swelling. In Osteoarthritis knees, we do have CPPD crystals lying around, which can get triggered by the injections or by themselves as well causing acute flare

For now, continue taking Alive painkiller twice a day. It should settle down itself in a couple of days. Incase it doesnt, you need to consult your rheumatologist. Sometimes, we need to inject a little dose of cortisone into the knees to relieve the pain and swelling.
