Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Male/23 - mild pain in right testicle for 3 weeks - without any swelling or physical changes - there is pain in the right leg also - Wants to know whether correlated and what can be done/ whether related to STD.
I would like to know a few details:
- Did you suffer from STD?, if yes please give details.
- Any problem related to the lower abdomen, hernia?
- Any issues related to the back?
- Any urinary symptoms?
- Which part of the leg is paining - upper thigh / calf / whole lower limb?
- Any other information that you would like to share?
Answers to these questions will help me to give you further assistance.
Both may be interrelated only if there is pain in the upper thigh near the groin. This is due t same nerve supply.
This is usually not related to the STD.
Suggestions for further management:
- Consult an Urologist for clinical evaluation, examination.
- Further investigations: XXXXXXX of blood, urine, semen may help in some diagnosis.
- Ultrasonography and color doppler examination of the scrotum and whole abdomen for Genito-urinary system.
I hope this answer helps you. Please feel free to give the feedback and ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

Thanks for your feedback.
Detailed Answer:
The pain in the whole lower limb predominantly the calf is suggestive of a probable reason in the lower spine.
I think this can be well evaluated by an Orthopedic Surgeon and you *may need MRI of the lower spine.
Since your problem started 3 days after sex with CSW, I am sure you must have used protection (condom). Further tests and the advise as already given above.

Yes, please.
Detailed Answer:
As per the discussions we have, consulting both will help you to get the correct diagnosis, right investigations and probably the best treatment possible.
Hence the need.
Symptomatic treatment alone may help just to alleviate the symptoms but to get to the root of the cause will give the best results.
