Brief Answer:
Need to rule out a Heart attack.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

The pain which you have described is very typical of a heart attack. I strongly recommend that you approach an emergency room with cardiology back up immediately. They need to examine you and get an EKG / ECG done as soon as they can. They will also draw blood to do "cardiac enzyme" tests that can confirm or rule out a heart attack.

All in all, the safest thing for you to do right now is call a loved one to take you to the ER or call an ambulance.

In the meantime, I also recommend :

1. Avoid strenuous activities
2. Avoid driving yourself to the hospital
3. Do not eat anything till you are at the ER

I hope I was of help, please let me know how it goes. If you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
