Question : Molars are tight to gum, was told a while back that I may need to remove them to avoid causing gum or jaw pressure. Have some jaw pressure , and occasionally from time to time I get some pain around the gum by the molar but it goes away, also see some red spots but I may have grinded my teeth or bitten the skin while eating , but will load pictures so u can see

Impaction or thermal injury could be cause.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in.
I have gone through your query and also the reports attached. It is difficult for me to come to a conclusion and if you could upload high resolution pics would help me a lot.
From your description I feel that it could be impacted teeth & in such case extraction is required.
Red bump could be due to thermal injury.
Please upload pics so that I can come to a conclusion and guide you further.

                                    Brief Answer:
Cheek biting due to buccaly erupted third molar
Detailed Answer:
Hi
In your images, its clear that third molar are buccally erupted hence it causes cheek biting which is causing these red spots.
You may go for slight grinding of cusps to avoid this & if problem still persists then go for extraction of this tooth.
You may apply anaesthetic gel like dentogel & it will resolve its own.
If problem still persists then consult your dentist.
Hope I answered your query
Wishing you good health
