Question : I fell at the end of July and suffered a small fracture of the elbow. Wore a brace for a while, told it was for support. I still have pain on the inside of the elbow and have a hard lump on forearm. Also suffer from shoulder and upper arm swelling and pain. Could all this be from the elbow fracture or is there something more I should have checked?

Brief Answer:
Can be a tennis elbow or due to fracture.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The lump and pain can be due to the fractured elbow or a tennis elbow. If the pain is persistent or there is tingling in the arm then a nerve irritation needs to be ruled out after a proper examination. A hot compress and regular physiotherapy will help ion restoring the full range of movement of the arm. Do consult an orthopedician for a physical examination.
I hope this answers your query.
