Question : My back hurts ti the right of my spine uo at my bra line, A spot about of a half dollar. What could this be

Do you have any swelling at that region ?

Does it hurt on taking deep breath ?

This would marry as well be a soft tissue inflammation. Also need to rule out certain conditions. Apply ice. Take pain killers twice a day like Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day for 5 days after meals.
