Question : I am in tons of chronic pain I have endometriosis pelvic floor dysfunction Interstitial cystitis and a permanent illiopsoas muscle spasm. Do you think I will have trouble getting something for this pain from my family dr. I'd love to try a lidocaine patch but I am figuring that I will be told no. Drs are extremely stricit in this area because of all the pill poppers in my area. I shouldn't have to live in excruciating pain I NEED HELP

Brief Answer:
acupuncture

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, I understand your problem.
Try acupuncture or chiropractic treatment for pain relief.
In case still not satisfied then sacral neurectomy can be tried but that is a surgical procedure so go for above treatment option.
In case you have any questions I will be happy to help.
