Question : I was circumsised when I was a baby I am 34 now I have never had problems with my penis before until about 6 months ago it started hurting I have been to the doctor a couple different timed and they kinda blew it off as nothing when flaccid it looks normal but when erect there is a tight ring in the general area of the circumsision scar it is very painful and if I ejaculate it will be so tight in that spot that the skin tears on the underside of my penis this is very painful and for the week following I am about to lose my mind please help

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have undergone circumcision in early childhood and now has pain and tightness at the site of suture line

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Is there inflammation of scar tissue ?

It is rather unusual to have tightness and pain at the suture line after 30 years of surgery .However it may be due to inflammation of scar tissue and needs to be examined and confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified General Surgeon or Urologist .

You may need to get it refashioned by excising the scar tissue or incising the scar tissue and release the tightness of the ring around glans penis at the level of coronal sulcus .

There is no inflammation and after the cut heals it feels perfectly normal but the skin in that area is super white. then when I have an erection the rest of my penis grows to normal size all except that one area which becomes tight to the point of ripping. I do not currently have insurance so consulting a urologist at this point is out of the question
