Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
With no other history facts,its very difficult to comment like this-straight way.
Based on the facts of medication tried,this left side abdominal pain could be due to
-IBS / or from Colitis.
You seem to take pepto bismo for acid reflux,which could cause constipation from anti-diarrheal effect of bismuth.
I would suggest Stool-Urine microscopic exam Test/USG /CT abdomen and Urologist opinion,to rule out the kidney stones,if any past history is there/ or just to rule out the cause of the Left Abdominal Pain
Would suggest you to update on more details in this regard-
Since how long do You have abdominal left Side Pain?
Any past history of kidney stone passing?
What for you take pepto bismo?IS it on your Own or with doctor's advise?
Since how long you are taking pepto bismo?
Any diarrhea or dysentery you have lately

Hi,Dear,thanks for the updates.
Came to know that you are in Urgency.
IF the pain is severe and too much,with abdominal colick,....Kidney stone need to be ruled out as the possibility.
But other causes also need to be worked out.

Leave it to ER doctors there.
Get CT ABdomen/ and USG Abdomen and emergency pain killers.
Keep Nil by Mouth for any emergency procedure.
