Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Thanks for the query.

I have read your query and understood your problem.

The severe am pain could be due to the vasoconstriction of the vessels in the arm such can result from excess Meth. These medicines when taken together can contribute to increased levels of Meth in your body sure to the excess medication competing for excretion from the body.

This can be aggravated in stress states of the body like infection.

If you are injecting Meth into your arm and you feel sharp pains, if may be infected and undergoing cellulitis.

The dependence to Meth needs to be fairly addresses periodically by your Doctor or Addiction specialist.

Apply hot packs to the painful region. Keep the limb elevated. Eat healthy. Keep well hydrated.

You can take antibiotic like Augmentin 625mg twice a day if you have redness, increased warmth and swelling of the arm. Take pain killers like Ibuprofen if the Norco does not help.

It would be wise to quit taking Meth for the benefit of your health. Please do talk to an Addiction specialist and Psychiatrist in this regard.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
