Suggest Remedy For Pain In Both Testicles

Question : I have pain in both testicles. They are very sensitive to the touch. I believe this was trauma induced. The pain occurs when I walk up stairs or long distances. Also if I squeeze or touch them with any force they hurt. No pain occurs when I sleep or sit.

What do you think this is? Can I relieve the pain with ice or ibuprofen and be safe doing this?

Thanks for writing your query. After reading your post, it seems that your symptoms are due to localized trauma. I would suggest that you may continue with ice fomentation. You can take painkiller like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg. If the symptoms persists, get yourself clinically examined by your doctor.
