Question : During erection and close to ejaculation, I get a pain at the glans of my penis that feels like an internal fine scratch on the side of the glans
The pain is more pronounced during sexual interecourse versus oral sex.

There can be two reasons- one is infection of prostate and other is due to stress . if you have been stressed for some time , it can be helped by counselling and medicines
If infection, get a semen culture and culture of fluid after prostate massage This can be done by a doctor only who will examine the prostate from anal route
