Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. To help you better please me-
1.What makes the pain worse/better and is it associated with breathlessness ?
2.Is there any numbness and tingling sensation with or without weaknesses of grip?
3.Any chronic disease like diabetes / thyroid / Hypertension ?
Based on the symptoms and age,it is important to rule out heart pathology as a possible cause by having EGG.
Looking forward to your reply.
